James Bychowski, David Stacy, Dillon Grewing, and Barrett Boone to represent Summit Fire Consulting and participate in the SFPE Dallas-Fort Worth Chapter Event.
Raleigh, NC (March 20, 2026) – Summit Fire Consulting is excited to announce its participation in the 2026 Texas Fire and Life Safety Symposium, hosted by the SFPE Dallas–Fort Worth Chapter. The event takes place April 7–8, 2026, at the Hilton Garden Inn Dallas Lewisville in Lewisville, Texas. Summit Fire Consulting will be represented by James Bychowski, David Stacy, Barrett Boone, and Dillon Grewing.
David Stacy will share his expertise in computational fire modeling during his session at the symposium. Fire modeling is a cornerstone of performance-based fire protection engineering, enabling engineers to simulate real-world fire dynamics, evaluate tenability conditions, and develop solutions tailored to the specific risks of a building or occupancy. Attendees can expect a practical, technically grounded session that bridges research and real-world application.
This event holds special significance for Summit Fire Consulting. Barrett Boone and Dillon Grewing were instrumental in organizing and driving this year’s symposium through their involvement with the SFPE DFW Chapter, making this a truly team-driven effort. Senior Vice President James Bychowski will represent the firm at the sponsorship level, reflecting Summit Fire Consulting’s ongoing commitment to supporting local SFPE chapters and the broader fire protection community.
Summit Fire Consulting is honored to invest in the Texas Fire and Life Safety Symposium, which brings together fire protection engineers, authorities having jurisdiction (AHJs), and industry partners for two days of education, networking, and collaboration. Our team looks forward to engaging with peers across Texas and the region at this SFPE DFW event.
